A. This is our most frequent e-mail. and it surprises me. This is like buying your Wedding dress over the phone, or buying the cake without tasting it. Because our packages are mostly "a la carte" we try to accommodate what you want and try to fit it within your budget. However, I always recommend that whomever you choose, look at a sample of their finished work, which is why we prefer to schedule an appointment with you at your convenience. The quality of our work doesn't translate well into a price quote. although our prices are very competitive we do not give out prices over the phone or by e-mail.

A. Bluepoem provides our brides with several convenient payment plans. $500.00 is all you need to reserve any of our Wedding Video packages. Then, in option 1: we can make easy monthly payments or option 2: we bill you for half of the remaining balance 3 months before, and the rest is due 1 month prior to the event.

A. No, because we send you a form to fill out with dates, times, places, and other details about your wedding as part of contract. And we call you a month before your wedding to go over everything again.

A. We usually arrive at the bride's location 1 to 1.5 hours before she leaves for the ceremony to capture the "getting ready" before and after shots. We prefer that the bride does not get in the wedding gown until we've had the opportunity to photograph it and the other accessories.

A.This is one of the most common concerns, lots of people have experienced. aggressive and annoying videographers at weddings, we promise to be as much as low key as possible in order to keep it going smoothly throughout the entire event. We take pride and feel very confident about our discreet style, however, if your sensitive to this matter, feel free to contact us prior to your wedding day and we can accommodate any requests.

We don't use much lighting, many churches do not allow the videographers to use lighting equipment through the ceremony, However, we only use HD Professional video cameras which are perfect for churches with low light capabilities. Our cameras are equipped with an adjustable LED-"LitePanels"light lamp, more than enough to beautifully produce your wedding video, this light is not on all the time, whenever we need it we use it.

A. No, in fact, our brides and grooms hire us because we get all the shots they would want and more. If you already have a list we suggest giving it to a person who knows everyone on the list that would be able to assist us in getting those people together. And please do let us know if there is a specific person or group that you need in a video shot.

A. Your DVD or Blu-Ray disc will be completely unique. We are not the typical production line for "wedding video". Bluepoem uses a complex and lengthy process to produce your finished film. Depending on your package, it takes an average of 40 to 180 uninterrupted hours to complete your Wedding Documentary. Our target is to deliver within 12-18 weeks, again, depending on the package.
